What freaks me out in the US is how they have been known not to distinguish between a peadophile rapist and 16 year old boy having consensual sex with a 15 year old girl. It's totally insane. If everyone who did that was locked up half the country would be in jail.
QFT, but here in nz its legel for two 15 year olds to have sex, bit when the first one turns 16 its illegel (normally only the guy funny enought). Thats one thing that erks me is that its only guys who get accused of this stuff, one of the many places i spent my youth (for the record im 19) there was a women (primary school teacher == elementary school in the us(i think) unsure about uk) who was rummered to have done unmentainables to her students and was according to rumer never have been officially questioned, theres a long way to go before sexual equality imo and i try my best to try everyone equally (and fail) edit : the other thing i dont get is in nz its legel to have sex at 15, but 18 to watch porn. Yeah being labeled a sex offender for public urination is ridiculous. Also for walking around naked in public, there doesn't have to be anything sexual about that.
