I don't want to live in this world anymore...

 

If I ever get a twitter, i'm gonna add all those people, so every day, I can trawl through their s**t messages and feel AWESOME about myself.

 

Heh. I didn't get anything, and they're whining about that? As above, no wanna live on this planet any more. I didn't get anything by choice. Christmas is more than presents, stuffing your face and cheesy decorations. I got to see my great-grandmother another time-and this time she was lucid. She won't make another year at her rate of decline-so keep your iPad, I'm completely fine.

 

For Christmas I received a 'pwnd' pennant and Minecraft tee (thinkgeek) from my family. And I'm thankful - I spent the day with family, my kids enjoyed themselves (albeit not with me but I still have full custody) and we're all in relatively good health. Can't ask for anything more w/out being a greedy son of a ******

It comes from the time that Bindi was a mod and used his mod powers repeatedly (for very good reason) on the original demotivational thread. (Sparta/Patrick and She Who Shall Not Be Posted) Now, since Bindi has moved on to ASUS, certain people thought it would be funny to tag the thread with "suck it bindi."

For some reason, the tag stuck.

 

The Christmas one makes me terribly sad. I got my gift early, and I'm still alive. This year has been simply fantastic.

 

It's the spirit of Christmas!

This Christmas my wife and I gave each other the best present ever: nothing. Yup: no having to rush about all stressed trying to buy a present. The last week we just sat on the steps of the library, looking at the Christmas German market, drinking mulled wine and eating freshly baked hot doughnuts, while the crowd went about its mad dash.

On Christmas day we had duck with an amazing Bordeaux Superieure from ALDI (try it!). Then yesterday we spent the day making chocolate truffles, apple pie (our neighbour brought us a bag of windfall apples from a friend's orchard) and Limoncello.

The Portal tree is very epic - made by one of the Chuck prop guys IIRC (one of Zach Levi's tweets seemed to suggest as much).
