The biker got what he deserved, maybe next time he will take more care when weaving in and out of traffic.
The woman was probably terrified when he came back at her.

That doesn't change the fact that woman will get a time in prison for attempted murder.

 

Her reaction was understandable, nut job running at her car and she reacted in fear (most likely).

 

Understandable ? Partially. First hit ? Maybe. Second hit, hitting another cars while the biker who she hit with the car still on the front of the car, going through all lines and hitting another car in the parking lot, while the guy was still on the front of the car ? Attempted murder, with no way for her to get even a conditional imprisonment.

 

Or just fear.

 

Fear or no fear, in cases like this the car is usually classified as weapon with the intent of killing the other person. Good luck to the lawyer who will try to get her a conditional imprisonment, he will have a hard time achieving that.

 

I raged so hard when I saw that vid last night.

While he shouldnt have kicked her car (which i highly doubt caused any damage), it seems as though she cut him off earlier so maybe he was just voicing his frustration and she, very likely, flipped out with her obviously irrational thought process. Him being pissed off he kicks her car. It seems like to him it was over at that point. But to that delusional freak driver she decided that her car being kicked (and likely undamaged) is enough reason to attempt to run him over. Then when he's now really pissed off and likely thinking "WTF?" he goes to have a word (or fist) with her and she then tries to run him over smashing another car and going across the lanes and hitting a parked car while hes still on the hood of her car! He then reaches in a takes her keys so she can't kill anyone and he walks it off.

Judging their reactions it seems he let his anger get the best of him a bit when he kicked her car. After that he seemed to be done with the whole situation, but when she turned into a psychotic freak and attempted to run him over and hit innocent bystanders he was just trying to stop the whole situation.

I could see him getting a small charge of damaging her car or driving between the lanes, but she should be getting attempted murder!

I am still raging at this!

Demotivating that such people exist, have so little respect for human life and get to drive a car. So yea

 

unfortunatly they let some real stupid people behind the wheels of cars and trucks these days
was in a car overtaking a tanker on the a38 earlier this week...he seemed a little wobbly on the road...but nothing to bad ( also looked like he had a flat on one of the rear trailer wheels ) as we went to overtake the cab veered into our lane and almost crushed us up against the central barrier (and considering we were in a big pickup...we could have gone straight thru into oncoming traffic ) my m8 slammed on the brakes to avoid the collision as the lorry sweaved back into his lane...
its just lucky there wasnt anything behind us for quite a distance
when we overtook him much further up the road he was just yapping on his mobile phone...
fortunatly a police cruser who had just turned onto the motorway flagged him down ( not sure if he saw the mobile...saw the flat tire...or had heard about him driving erratically
doesnt bode well if people like that can drive petrol tankers

lock the door. call the police. GTF OUT of the way.

ps: if im the driver of the SUV, i would *LOVE* to run over that deuche. but i will NOT do it in real life.
pps: rewatch the video again. for 3rd time. that's no ****in fear. that's pure rage. that's stupid.
