    My Father wants a new PC and so we get a new AMD tri-core with 4gb of memory and a decent motherboard.

    Come day of putting the system together, he insists he wants Windows XP 32bit as the operating system and to do a sector by sector copy of his drives to the new SATA disk since his old IDE drives don't have a port anymore.
