As Knuck said. To avoid resizing, upload the image to a site like photobucket and then you can link from there. Even with photobucket you will have to customize upload settings by selecting "best possible quality under 1MB" or something. Here you go.

I don't condone the vulgarness of it, but even I have to admit, this is 1) The Internet and 2) A *NSFW* marked thread 'o horror's/lol's and lets face it, swearing excessively in the right context is sometimes funny

Funny you used that word. A few years ago I asked a co-worker what it meant and she had no idea. The problem is, I'm a French Canadian and my first language is French. Hers was English

Well, it's only used in British English (oops, and Australian apparently - glad I checked) and it's a conjunction, so it isn't that common. It's got a completely different stigma, if that's the right word, in American and Canadian English. So while English may be your co-worker's first language, if she was Canadian it's likely that she wasn't taught that conjunction in school because it is actually considered to be "bad practice" in both Canadian and American English. Which is amazing, because we invented the f**king language. What would we know, right?

Other countries just use it, adapt it to suit their own culture and then in some cases, abuse it
