    Ahem!

I'm sure singing Lady in red would be more appropriate anyway.

Demote of the day for me, smog from abroad looks like it will obscure the ecplise (along with the cloud).

True story, in theater I had to turn down the part of Dr. Frank N Furter. I turned it down for the Phantom in Phantom of the OPera, Lloyd Webber version.

I read Russian cursive. It was part of my linguistics minor. I think I've scrubbed all the cursive out now, though.

As it's Yoda, should it not be "Nine, seven, eight"

Six had nothing to do with it and was an innocent bystander.

    I always thought it was because 7 8 (ate) 9. 7 8 6 doesn't make much sense numerically.

    Really, this is comedy?

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-31972380

If you tried this in some areas of (insert city of choice) I reckon you could end up really regretting it. Mind you, I watched God Bless America last night so I'm probably in the wrong frame of mind for this sort of thing.

If you tried it with me you'd end up really regretting it. My personal space is mine, except on the tube, then it's fair game for anyone.

Couldn't handcuffing someone be classed as assault or illegal imprisonment.

I certainly wouldn't find it funny in the least.

Sounds like scraping the bottom of the comedy barrel to me.

The real joke is of course 789, but in Yoda-speak only 678 ("Six Seven ate") makes perfect sense. That's why Yoda chuckles and looks expectantly at Luke, who doesn't get it.
Ok, it's not exactly comedy gold, but I thought it was pretty clever.
