I'm in the middle of doing Google's Cybersecurity Professional Certificate and have just got to the section about Linux. It's basic stuff that I would imagine the majority of us here already know but I just encountered a mini quiz with "What type of components might be different from one Linux distribution to another? Select three answers." as the question. Possible answers:
    Their parent distributions
    Their user interfaces
    Their pre-installed programs
    Their kernels

Confused? Me too! The one you shouldn't choose is "Their kernels" because, y' know, all Linux distributions run on exactly the same kernel :eyebrow::wallbash:

Also, just in case anyone was wondering, all Linux distributions are derived from another distribution. There's some sort of Grandfather paradox in there somewhere I think! In fairness, the course goes on to say that some distributions are considered "parent distributions", but it was the way the initial premise was put across as absolute fact that got me.

    Exercise for people over 60

Begin by standing on a comfortable surface,
where you have plenty of room at each side.

With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend
your arms straight out from your sides and
hold them there as long as you can. Try to
reach a full minute, and then relax.

Each day you’ll find that you can hold this
position for just a bit longer. After a couple
of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags.

Then try 50-lb potato bags and then
eventually try to get to where you can lift a
100-lb potato bag in each hand and hold
your arms straight for more than a full
minute. (I’m now at this level.)

After you feel confident at that level, put a
    potato in each bag.

    What the actual chuff?

    bensai.jpg

    bensai2.jpg

The food industry's moved on from the old "serving suggestion" tricks (hand-made by a professional chef, coated with oil for sheen, cotton wool soaked in boiling water for steam, glue instead of milk, add a bunch of extra ingredients that don't exist in the product as-sold, "enlarged to show texture") and is now just... straight-up lying. That bowl of noodles does not exist. It has never existed. It is not noodles, it is not a bowl. Apparently the "serving suggestion" is to throw the food away and just imagine a bowl of noodles.

Do Not Want. How is this legal?

The idea that stating the use of AI is some kind of cachet is the most telling thing here.

I get it, I'm right with you, but aside from portion size the serving suggestion was always a lie, and even then the portion size should be taken with a pinch of salt, but not with those noodles as you'll be way over you RDA for salt if you did
