    This one first asked me what payment method the page in question was asking for, card or account; it never asks for a payment method, it only ever takes payment from your primary account. Then it asked if the problem was only affecting certain lounges; you can't buy a pass for a specific lounge, just a generic pass. Then it said it had "checked" and there were no know problems, which the second chatbot then contradicted saying it *was* a known problem under active investigation.

    Then the second bot told me to tap a menu option that didn't exist, then take a screenshot... in an app that blocks screenshots.

    I eventually fixed the problem myself(!)

    I don't know if you or anyone else has had the same experience but every time i see a 11th gen for sale it comes with a F-type chip without graphics which is annoying.

    Yep, mine's one of those too!
    I bought it as an ITX gaming combo from a friend, so will always be run with a decent GPU.
    He did a fair bit of research and found that the i5 11400F was quite a beast that could be OCd and give the much more power hungry i5 11600K a good run for its money apparently.
    If I want to downsize at any point, I'll have to get an IGPU chip or run a compact GPU.

    To be fair it's no different to the majority of AM4 CPUs which are GPUless

    11th gens seem to be scarce in comparison 10th and the later 12th gens.

    What appeals to me is it's still DDR4 and the Rocket lake IGPU is supposed to work really well for linux media playback, supporting most containers.

    I've a couple of ITX cases and an mATX one that could do with new homes.
