I dunno how many of you have tryed these, but there RUBBISH! They slowed my box down a helluva lot, they impose the borwse menu on you everytime you change channel, and now most of the buttons on my remoter control wont work properly! I cannot even find the update log thing in the help menu to find whats happening anymore! I wish when things got upgraded, they actally got better !!!
NTL is using outdated boxes, which always seem to be overloaded and just can't cope. I think they should dump PACE boxes and go for a different manufacturer which is capable of properly spec'ing out the boxes. They're seriously underspec, and only really meant to run WebTV (they're based on similar technology) - the gumpf they put on top slows them down. That's one of the reasons I prefer sky.
yeah, some of sky's interactive menus look really sweet. I just dont want a box which freezxes sky 1 when i put the manual on top of it!!
