Graphics Nvidia Dual GPU card

    No, I haven't spotted a card, sorry if the title is misleading.

    I am curious as to when Nvidia will bring out a dual GPU card and which GPU's they will use.

    I am assuming that they will do it though there is no guarantee that they will

    2x480's surely are too much for 1 card.

    2x470's may be close to the limit.

    2x460's won't bring much, if any performance gain over a 480, making it pointless.

    I'm expecting Nvidia to refine the GF100 core and then do it with 2x470 GPU's

    What do you think?

    If I was nVidia, I would wait until the next gen of cards now.

    It might not have a choice if AMD's 6000 series gives a decent jump over the 5000 series.

    When is Nvidias next gen due?

    Actually, just found this. So it seems that they're taking the 104 chips and tweaking them to punch above the line. So effectively, SLI 460, but higher than 2 460's in SLI, if you see what I mean.
