They got a numeric overflow on the website when they converted it into the Aussie price, so they decided to leave it.

    £2235

You forgot the new Nvidia HB SLI bridge, which no Titan SLI owner would be seen dead without.

Checked the site now but cannot seem to find a Custom Design? Are they only offering the Reference Design of the graphics card?

    There aren't any.

Reference and direct from Nvidia only.

Couldn't care less about the Titan but I am a bit concerned as to where this leaves the 1080Ti.

With only a 20-30% performance differential between a 1080 & Titan, there doesn't seem to be any real gap for them to slot a Ti into the line up.

TBH, I was expecting a Titan to offer 40-50% more performance than a 1080, leaving the Ti to fit nicely inbetween, with the 20-30% advantage this Titan has.

Could be the 780Ti all over again - coming in at a fraction of the cost and out-performing the Titan, leaving the Titan owners crying into their keyboards. :naughty:

That's just what 1080 owners are trying to convince themselves of. Sadly my internet connection is crap today but go and have a look at the review on Hardwarecanucks. It's 37% faster in DX12 than a 1080 stock v stock.

Yes they don't clock very well on the stock cooler, so the 1080 makes up some ground. However, as soon as you slap one under water you regain the lead.

And let's face it, whoever has £1100 or £2200 to spend on GPUs won't flinch at a £300 loop to cool them with.

It's an absolutely fantastic card IMO. Just as good as any other Titan, but you need water.

A fraction of the cost? haha yeah right. Maybe nine tenths. Or eight tenths, if Nvidia are feeling generous :D

The 780ti was launched to combat the 290 and 290x which were both as fast as or faster than Titan for nearly half the price. IE - Nvidia were competing.

When they don't? don't expect to get any change out of £900 for the TI.

Nvidia don't care a jot about high customers as restricting us to only two is just not good enough.
