    €350 to advertise a game if I show my PC to friends or take it to a lan event? I don't think so.

    Bethesda should pay me, to add their branding to my PC.

    is this based on the same case as the PUBG one they did?

    €350 to build a FO themed pc for those too lazy to mod it themselves...

    ...that and/or a decent cunk of the run will be used as compo prizes and/or promo items.
