Good to hear you're improving your website. The main issues I have with the current site are navigation - I think many parts need to be a bit more concise e.g. the products drop-down feels a bit cluttered to me & difficult to navigate.
We have a new structure that is a lot easier to navigate, also we will make it much easier to find the product your after once you are in the section. Once the site goes live we will be taking on-board feedback of course then working out what we tackle first. Best thing with etail websites is they are constantly evolving.
