Why am I just now finding out about this...

Not only is this a top notch build. The fact that this is a world wide collaboration for a friend, and truly a mentor to us all is heart touching. This is why I'm a Bit-Tech member.

here is a shot of the launcher at the moment;



Programming is pretty much done, just fiddling with spacing and sizing values now. if time allows I may try adding some click animations and such to the buttons.

I think I'm done with the background image, It took me days of mucking about with GIMP to get something I liked, and I don't much feel like trying to make another.

The icons are just for show, I don't know which applications will be placed in the launcher yet, once I do I'll either find a custom icon set to use, make my own, or source out a bunch of ****.PNG's of the default application icons.


Once I get it finished I plan to post it on Deviantart and link to the project and ebay page to boost support.
