Does adblocking the ads on this site hurt bit-tech? I don't wanna do anything to hurt this site, but I also don't like ads.
Does bit-tech get it's cash from the number of times the ads load, or from actual clicks?

Just one gripe; the small icons that are at the left of each thread title (in all forums and on the 'New Posts' search) seem to be all identical now when they used to have a white spot if you'd replied in it, orange if you'd read the thread etc. This not an option anymore? I used it quite frequently.

Apologies if it's there and I've missed it or it's been covered in this thread (couldn't really be bothered to read all replies :/)

Well, I'm glad to have the forums back, the quick reply is nice to see, I miss it from OCS days.

I can't say I like the colours, their is too many at once, the bar on the right might work nice as a dark grey rather then a bright blue.

    /me misses old colours.

I'm glad the forums are now more intergrated into the site though, makes navigation easier :D

Impressions not clicks... we do try and get rid of annoying adverts (like the one that was at the top, as we believe in being as obtrusive as possible, but they need to be there to keep bit-tech running).

personaly if the ads are necessary let them be there. Id rather have ads than no bit-tech.

Views, i.e., people buy so many views. hence the 'well i dont click so i block them, its ok' doesnt really hold up...

    Like the new forum colors.
can understand the google ads thing..

buttons/tabs for Forums/Hardware/Modding/etc just look cheep in my opinion..

O well nice to see things are still changing means that owner is active.. it'll change again so i'll just shut up now.
