why is it at the start i have sound but when i boot into the game there is no sound in the cut scenes and game????
Interested in people's honest opinions about the game once people have had a chance to play through a bit - I don't know what to make of the comments etc... on reddit (pinch of salt?) I don't need to buy another game...but you know
Very good game for me so far, running on my 7950 and nice and smooth, graphics are pretty good but nothing like some of the you tube vids they put out The hacking concept is cool and you earn points so you can unlock certain abilities. I am playing with M/K and the controls can be a bit fiddly, i have not tried my controller yet but i am getting used to the keys Overall i am impressed with the game and will play quite a bit of it when time allows, i got this cheaper from CD Keys so makes me happier playing the game at a cheaper price
livestreamed 2 hours worth on my youtube channel last night. Its basically GTA4 (and equally as horribly unoptimised - even when running on 3 titans @ 1440p) with a "hacking" cellphone. Havent got too much into the story yet, though story seems fine so far. Graphics are on par with GTA4, not as good as a sleeping dogs. laggy when driving, not as smooth as other sandbox games of similar nature. I found a saints row-esque space invaders easter egg which takes you from the seriousness of the storyline to a SR3 style blast up - then back again, which is a bit strange. All in all, i'd give it 6/10, so far. its certainly nothing like the adverts, and its definitely not "next gen" in any respect
Having played several hours now, it's extremely fun. Streaming the game for the past hour. Just taking a break for Pizza. Also need to empty my bladder. Anyone wanting to come watch, chat etc http://twitch.tv/mrdomrocks Frames chug slightly but stream is perfect.
I have not found the game laggy at all so far and IMHO looks better than GTA but not any where near next gen like mentioned
Well they said they had to downgrade it from the original stuff they released about it, so it makes sense that it doesn't look as good. Watched a bit of TB's video on it, sounds like it's quite badly optimised which is a pity.

Its a fun game having played a bit on it, with 2 680s all settings max easy enough for a stable 50-60 Fps. The early YouTube screens looked awesome but the game is not close to that standard.
Im getting terrible framerates on my sig rig. Single figures in places, driver is up to date. Runs better with SLI disabled, I only went SLI on Saturday for this game, not happy.
My game glitches like mad when driving.....thats with a gtx 780 at ultra and only 1080p. May go back to bf4 until the bugs are sorted (hopefully).
Apparently the drivers released yesterday were "watchdogs optimised". Reviews seem to be around 8/10 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
The new drivers made a HUGE difference to how this game played. Literally a 20-30fps increase and most of the stuttering issues whilst driving is gone.
I have had four crashes today alone when running the game, streamed for most of the day and things have played up a little. Mostly game just locking up and crashing. Happened just now whilst not streaming. I also turned the graphics back up. Stupid game is stupid. Fun but these crashes. Bleh. Also Uplay is offline so no online modes available.
