    ok MUSIC/LEGAL fans i need some help

    im writing a thesis on rigts dealing with digital music and music in general.

    im looking for places that state the laws on music. iv found a few but i need as many as i can get.

    also i need links to what the record companys are trying to do to beat digital piracy and coping of music. also what the consumers / electronic comunity are doing to fight back


    any help would be great. me graduating depends on it.

    please dont look at this and thik im just trying to get out of doing the work of looking myself. cuz thats ot it at all. i just thought maybe you guys might have seen something or know something i havent heard / seen / read

    Well I think you better state your location first as the laws are different from country to country...

    what about the picture give it away?
    thing is so garbeled im supprised anyone can make eads nor tails of it LOL i thought it looked kinda like an old wanted poster pic so i thought i would use it. an accident while correcting a photo of the family at a wedding

    local (country) references are good but overseas is good too. get a global lok at the issue.

    In Britain it's NOT legal to make copies of albums for your own use...Or a backup copy.

    In America is it still legal to make one backup copy "so your kids won't break the original"?
