    And all my meals ever. They have multi-vitamins now.

    If you only roughly smash the biscuits for the base, you get a mixture of crunchiness and gloop (a blind bake after refrigeration helps too).

    Still, a FANTASTIC cheesecake. :thumb:

    Cheesecake Factory is a ripoff and tastes like lard.

    EDIT: D'oh, I missed the fact that there was a page two and decided to reply w/o quotes to the last poster on Pg1.

    Anyway, this thread has got me into another Cheesecake frenzy. I am going to bake like a fiend tonight.

    I enjoy the cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory, but those English Cheesecake Company cheesecakes DO look great, too. :thumb: It looks like they don't ship to the US, so, touche. :wallbash:
