Just an update on this - i made them. You must too. omg, so good.

 

Unfortunately not.

This is win though. Had that when I was on holiday a couple months back. Yum!

 

So I think I know what I want instead of my birthday cake.
And all my meals ever. They have multi-vitamins now.

 

I've got the ingredients in for Round 2 later on. Omnomnom.

 

will - do the cupcake route. the biscuit stays crunchy.

 

Very sweet, looks tempting though.. gotta have one!

 

actually, they're not that sweet, surprisingly enough.

 

If you only roughly smash the biscuits for the base, you get a mixture of crunchiness and gloop (a blind bake after refrigeration helps too).

Still, a FANTASTIC cheesecake.

 

Cheesecake Factory is a ripoff and tastes like lard.

EDIT: D'oh, I missed the fact that there was a page two and decided to reply w/o quotes to the last poster on Pg1.

Anyway, this thread has got me into another Cheesecake frenzy. I am going to bake like a fiend tonight.

 

I enjoy the cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory, but those English Cheesecake Company cheesecakes DO look great, too. It looks like they don't ship to the US, so, touche.
