Windows One click disable of screen saver & monitor standby in windows

Is there a program out there that will allow me to one click disable the screen saver, as well as change the power settings so that my monitor doesn't go into standby... there's times I want to be able to not constantly need to move my mouse etc in order to keep my desktop's screens from going into standby when I'm not using my desktop and am on my laptop or one of my macs.

basically I'm looking for a Mac expose like feature that will let me disable everything.
