    I gotta admit, their marketing stradegy (sp?) is the best you'll get.

    They actually make me excited when they come out with stuff like that!

    Early reports of a video iPod says the screen is larger ou7blaze. And one of the iRiver players does video and it's just as small :p.

    Now Think Secret is saying there will be a new iPod (80Gb and smaller, and possibly silver?) but not video: http://www.thinksecret.com/news/0510oct12b.html

    Either way, it's a good idea. I don't see video as a viable idea really, I mean I don't really like watching movies on my 15" LCD because that's small for my tastes (my 19" CRT @ 1600x1200 is OK but about as low as I can go), I really don't like the idea of craning my head down to watch on a tiny screen and get the same neckache I always get using any sort of handheld gaming system. I'd rather see more storage, better battery life and a casing that isn't so destined to endless scratching. Maybe a slightly less finnickey click wheel and not one in such an ugly grey.

    And dammit, give us flac (and other lossless other than apple's, unless there's an app that's not itunes that can convert on the fly) support!

    Yes, and the iMac looks like it's running OSX MCE or something. :eek:

    The iPod page doesn't say anything about what videos you'll be able to play. Will it only allow Apple DRM videos from iTunes store or will it allow me to transfer and video I want?

    That new iMac that has the Front Row (The MCE lookin thing)... Does anyone know if they're going to release that stuff for powerbooks and/or the G5 towers?
