Memory Only half my RAM being utilised

    I hate MSI's BIOS flash utilities....one of them bricked my board -.-

    On topic, it won't boot with 3 sticks? That's really odd. It should certainly boot with any orientation of RAM. It certainly seems a hardware issue but exactly what is currently eluding me.

    Have you tried one stick of original memory plus one stick of vengeance? I'd see if that works. If it doesn't then there's obviously some sort of incompatibility somewhere, likely voltage or timings.

    Then your memory controller simply can't handle it - 3 modules should work.

    I was thinking a similar thing. Maybe bumping VTT to 1.45 will do the trick, possibly even 1.5. But then those sort of voltages are more likely to cause long term damage so even though it may solve the problem, it may cause more down the line.
