What is the best product to use to buff up my case and make it really shiny without removing the original paint. I have a Cheiftec (same as antec) Matrix TX10-BD Black tower case(see pic)??

Being that your case's front is black plastic and the sides are steel painted black you really can't "buff" it to shine it up. I'd recommend spraying the entire thing w/ a clear coat.

You could shine up the steel parts of the case up by wheeling it out with rubbing compound and a high RPM wheel. Then wax or polish it. Be careful w/ the wheel though... they spin fast enough to take the paint off cars if you don't know what you're doing... be sure not to do too much in one spot.
