    Hi Tom......sales called me as you said they would on 7th, placed order and was advised delivery would be yesterday. only got an order number..... do you send emails confirming orders as nothing received........can you give me an update as to whats happening please.

    Tom seems to have dissapeared off of the face of the earth >< Every time I called last week he wasnt there, hasn't replied to any PM's and as such has lost out on a £600 order to Novatech.

    Call and ask somebody else.

    We do send emails confirming pretty much anything.

    Will get it looked into and drop you a PM or get someone to give you a call.

    nothing received other than the initial call for the order. Have spoken to sales earlier this morning ......who are having to look into it........doesn't sound good though.

    Hopefully all sorted now.

    Just had an issue with the quality control on the last chip but think we have managed to come to an agreement of some type. :)

    seems an amicable agreement.......lets hope delivery takes place as planned.

    delivery has arrived. :thumb: slight issues to start with but sorted out with an agreement that suited both parties........thank you.

    Apologies for the delay on this one, we do have a new batch of chips due in but will be a week or so yet before they are due to arrive.

    Have you tried configuring the memory timings and voltages while two sticks are installed before installing the other two sticks on your board?

    this is what the email response from tech support said. I run at stock timings but do increase the voltage as recommended by the memory manufacturer. will be responding to tech support in the morning as have had response from mobo manufacturer

    Tom, received an email from tech support today and have replied. Have also pm'd Adrian as we are really no further forward.:sigh:

    Adrian is checking the boards every few days so I have given him a nudge to check his account this afternoon. :)

    If there is anything I can do to help just let me know as I do keep an eye on the forums a couple of times a day.

    Tom, got response from tech support on 15th to say have shipped thermal paste and they have pm'd Adrian. Have also got response from Adrian on 14th saying "Can you bear with me until tomorrow and I will see if we can start to help"

    Current situation .... thermal paste has not arrived and no reply from Adrian........can you do anything to help?
