Never seen a case made out of

    carbon fibre/kevlar
    titanium
    magnesium
beryllium (need to be a little careful with this!)
    stone

with pespex, aluminium and steel cases now the norm, will one of these be the next frontier for those looking for a unique case? I'd like an anodized beryllium case... 1/3 of the weight of aluminium, stronger, and hell of a lot more expensive. Also quite dangerous to manufacture, but what the hell it would be cool!
    :D

the reason its either a) too expensive b) too difficult to manufacture.

alu/steel/perspex are relativly cheap and easy materials to work with (as is wood) which is why they are used
altho a titanium cse would be mighty cool :D
