I use outlook 2000 and the format is screwed up when the gets it. It looks like the following: I just wanted to remind you that I have to go out Mon. and Wed. nights 6-10 until mid Nov. I think I was selling myself a little short on a salary range but it would be $##,### - $##,###. Why does it do that and what can I do to fix this please? TIA
So what excactly is the problem here? Do the numbers display as hashes or is it the fact that there's a random new line? <A88>
the fact that it's a new line with only 2 to 3 words on it and then it will have a full sentence on the next line.
Yerp, MS Word has MAJOR dyslexia when it comes to HTML, which is what most emails get converted to when they are sent. What you'd find is that the original email probably has all one one line (no line breaks like on this forum) and then: Would be automatically CRLF'd to the next line
Not sure if theres a way, maybe theres an option to view in plain text only. Sorry, CRLF = Carriage Return Line Feed, its what happens when the enter key is pressed or <br> is inserted into HTML.
yes it is set up with that setting already. do you think it has anything to do with "use MS word to edit e-mail" messages is not checked off?
