I’m reworking my bedroom setup and one of the things I’m in desperate need of it’s a new tv so I’ve been looking at tvs with a high refresh for some gaming but I have about 10m (cable ran to be hidden, not straight A to B) to cover and I’m not sure what to go with. I’d like to be able to mirror my main display so was thinking splitter so output X on gpu is split two ways then if I wanted to game on tv, it would be as easy as just turning it on. I’ve no experience of this kind of setup so wondering if anything is doing similar? I’ve got wireless keyboard/mouse so seems like it should be easy to move from desk to bed but I’m not sure if I can rely on a splitter or if I’d need some kind of active solution? any thoughts to help me on my way?
10m fibre optic HDMI cable and 10m active USB and you are sorted but wireless KB and mouse would do it you don't want a gazillion rate polling KB/M.

for upto 15m This Ruipro cable is one i use going from my unraid server/pc to my projector. and for from my gaming rig 30m active one both are ruipro branded off amazon and the active one has dropped in price
Whatever you do, don't buy those active HDMI repeaters. They don't work. I've got about 12 m HDMI with 2 long cables. Signal wasn't able to reliably get through 100% of the time, so I got an active repeater in the middle. It did nothing at all, signal still comes and goes. Streaming box/dongle (or even just use smart TV app store to install steamlink) is the cheapest option. Wireless controller/K&M directly to your PC to reduce latency.
