Graphics Overclock a sapphire 5770?

I've just got a gigabyte ga-p55m-ud2 running an i5 750 at 4GHz with 4GB of G Skill 10666 ddr3 memory and a sapphire radeon hd 5770.

I was wondering how much the 5770 would overclock by? My games aren't really taxing it that much at the moment but it would be nice to know for future reference.

Is that the Vapor-X version or just a normal one?

Bear in mind all chips having differing limits so some may go further than that while some may do less.
