I'm at 3.8, but I'm using a MSI P55 GD65. If you keep turbo enabled you should be able to reach 3.8 on all 4 cores with a 181 Bclk, my MB boosts this by 1 so I set the bios to 180.

Vcore varies between 1.272 and 1.296 (Idle/Load) when read by CPUz, because LLC is enabled the number I enter into the bios for this is different to the actual reading.

VTT is 1.195, you shouldn't need to touch any of the other voltages.

Bear in mind that different 'identical' CPU's will overclock with different voltages, especially when driven by different motherboards but you can use mine as a guideline as it won't be too far off. My system is stable for over 24 hours of prime64.

Might be worth checking if your ram is running at it's rated voltage. You may need to check that once overclocked, you ram doesn't exceed it's rated speed either, lowering the ram multi to 4 (or 8 on some systems) should be fine for 1600MHz, might even work for 1333 (you'll get 1440).

Edit: the actual figures I typed into the bios are:

    Vcore 1.251
    VTT 1.208

The MSI control center reports these as

Vcore 1.2813 (I guess this is between the Idle/load figures that CPUz gives me)
    VTT 1.195

It's worth double checking with CPUz especially if Load Line Callibration is enabled.

I also set my multiplier to an odd number (19) as apparently they work better when overclocking, it will still turbo boost up to 21.

Remember though, YMMV, so what works for someone may not work for you. Didn't you save the profile of the stable overclock when you first did it?
