just thought that id add my latest contribution
specs in sig, ram timings 3-2-2-6 1:1
28 seconds. Click here for the fullsize version.
FX-53 on S940, 3023MHz @ 13.5 x 224, ASUS SK8V, Vcore mod, 1GB of Corsair XMS3500RE @ 224MHz, 2-3-2-6.
The XP install was a fully working copy, loaded with apps, that I used 24/7 @ 3GHz for a good month or so.
EDIT: VapoChill LightSpeed (first rev, 250W version) on the CPU too
Well, here's mine:
AThlon FX 53 (939)
2Gb Hitachi DDR400 3-3-3
MSI NEO2 Platinum (Nforce 3) Mobo
Sapphire Radeon 9800Pro (Stock)
2x 74GB raptors.
wrong screenshot mate
you need superpi just after it has run with the times to complete each individual loop
Rys- you forgot to list the cooling
Edited to fix, sorry about that.
Another second shaved off
xp2400+ (cooled with CM Aero7+), Geil Ultra PC3200 (Cl2.5 rated at 2 but motherboard doesnt like it)
my experience with geil ram has been that it sometimes like a little extra voltage to run its rated timings, what are vdimm you running?
Ive needed to use as much as 2.8v just for its rated timings/speed
same timings etc as before
ask me again and im leaving you out of the next update
ill update the table when im good and ready, i dont sit on the forums 24/7 waiting for new posts here you know
Jeez, i just figured that you had missed the post as there was no acknowlegement of it.
i do not acknowledge every post in this thread, there is no need.
If i said "cheers ill make note of that one" after every new time it would be awfully cluttered not wouldnt it?
when i upddate a go through post by post and update the excel file appropriately, so i wont miss a post.
on the last update the image in your post was down, and now there is no indication of the ram timings or the cooling you used, both of which are required in the table, if you can get those listed i will try to make sure you are included in the next update
and learn some manners
its not just you by the way, ive had plenty PMs saying "oi update the table" from people within a few days of their post.
I do not upate the table with every new post, once a certain number of posts have been made (at my discresion) or a certian amount of time has passed, the table will get updated
DFI LANPARTY NFII ULTRA B
Kingston Hiperx 512 kit 2-2-2-8

AMD Athlon 64 3500+
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum nForce3 v1.3 Bios
Corsair 3200XL – 1T 2.5-3-3-8 @ 2.8v 1:1

Not bad for an XP2500 i dont think anyways
New stable OC with new Superpi 1m mark
A64 FX-55 @ 13x211, 1.75v
1GB Corsair 3200XL @ 211MHz 2.0-2-2-5
MSI K8T Neo 2 mobo
I might have to get the EB out
i might have to bitchslap you if you do
not a bad time for stock cooling though
(that is on stock cooling yeah?)
yep, everything stock, no mods, stock cooler, etc, etc
I tried 226x12, and kept getting errors... so I have a feeling that it's TCCD related - I've not tested TCCD on an Athlon 64 before, but I have heard that it doesn't perform as well on A64 as it does on a Pentium 4 chipset.
