    very nice time :thumb:

finally for some *real* competition ;)

im quite confident on shaving off another second to get 29 but 28 may be stretching it, let alone 27

what sort of home-made cooling are you running?

This is just a tidbit for those of you with Nforce 4 boards; they seem to like the timings of 2,2,2,7 best for optimal performance. I dont have a board to try this on, but give it a go if you're so inclined :thumb:

my latest attempt with my new NF7-s mobo and OCZ Prmier RAM running 1:1, 2.5-3-3-7 timings, the new mobo has allowed me to get a respectable 400MHz overclock using air cooling.

Pretty pleased with the improvement of nion 9 secs over my previous setup.

I had the time down to 45 secs, but didnt get a screenshot of it, that was with the processor at 2400MHz and the RAM timings relaxed.

Okay, so I'm a long tme reader, first time writer. Well, second but that was a while ago. Here's my result from my Toshiba Portege m200 Tablet PC with a Pentium M 745 (Dothan @ 1.8Ghz) at a shade under 2.4Ghz: 35.648secs.

The desktop res is a tad high being the tablet's native res.

    I like that score :)

The tablet uses an Intel i855PM, 512MB of Samsung DDR1 memory at 220Mhz, Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 OS, Memory divider of 3:5 and all using STOCK cooling. Yeah - that's right, stock air cooler inside the laptop with no open case (Hell will freeze over before I dare to take my tablet apart!). Room temp is about 20C

Sorry ofr the overly large pic but I run dual monitors sort of. The secon monitor is a ps1 lcd displaying samurise.

    Anyways on with my bench
    [IMG]

Yes im using the old version of super pI but thats the one I been using for a while now for my private benching. Tonite I scored the lowes bench in my system ever. The image shows 3cpu-z instances running and tells all about the ram cpu speed and timings.

    But just in case i will type out the specs. p4 3.0C@ 3.6ghz @ 1.66v im runing kingmax pc4000@ 240fsb @ 2.5-3-3-5-8. The mobo is a p4p800 deluxe.

The mobo I have has a droop mod and im hoping to do a vdim mod witch will hopefully allow me to drop my cas letency. This speed is the maximum 24/7 speed I run my system stably at. I have benched super pi @ 3.75ghz but the time wasent so good because I had way too many things runnning in the background.

That score was achived with 25processes runing and a 3 month old win xp install.
