As of now I have a Biostar N4SLI-A9 motherboard, AMD Athlon64 3200+Venice core, and 2x512 corsair value select RAM

I was just wondering if anyone has had past experiences overclocking with this motherboard

It is supposed to come with an overclocking program (Warpspeeder) but this did not work at all and you can't do it through the bios so how do u overclock with this board?

also how far could this be overclocked on a stock heatsink?
it runs at about 34C normal when gaming it goes to about 38C
