Only one word for it really.... boy would I be mad to receive this: Take a careful look at the contents written on the invoice, and also the price. Ouch: More pics here: http://sa.mrbill.net/quadro/
You've gotta love the "Fragile Handle with care" sticker completely anhiliated by the tyre tread mark though
That is only slightly worse than the condidion one our CRT monitor arrived at the ACER repair facility a long time ago... They had dropped it off the back of a truck, shattered the tube from what the techs said. Also kinda bent the casing up a bit UPS also decided to lose it in the process, although how you can lose a 50+ lb 2' square box with a dent in it about the size of Rhode Island is beyond me They proceeded to lose the replacement monitor, which ACER sent the wrong one that time around, and the next one they shipped UPS dropped as well UPS then has the gall to say we can track our shipment online and won't have to call them to ensure they haven't lost it. Something like this comes to mind: Lady, YOU ******** LOST MY COMPUTER MONITOR! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO USE MY COMPUTER IF YOU HAVE LOST MY MONITOR?????? UPS and I have not gotten along well in the past, and needless to say, I use FedEx as much as possible (which they are not much better ) Hope whoever had that problem called up and gave the shipping company an ear-full. I would be irate! Edit: fixed some spelling
never had a problem with fed ex. Always with UPS for me. I got a paintball gun in a box that looked like it was used as a tackling dummy in a sumo wrestling match...
Fed-Ooopp's That would be such a painful sight, especially if the guy is like me and letterbox camp's when-ever he orders stuff!
Just wanted to say that it isn't me who received that package. I got those pics from the site I linked to at the end of the first post. I don't know if the guy actually signed for it or if it was dumped on his door step. But I'd have love to see the postman deliver it would be pretty hilarious.
