well next year in Sweden we have somthing like C3 but on a more lower status ! Swedish Championship Case Modding Competision 2004 started by a website Swemodders and it got 2 parts casemodding or custom case construction !
Ya know, it would have been nice to make it... however I just got home from the "other" plans that I had made b4 I knew that this was going on.... (trip to McAlester, Oklahoma) 9:00 CST and the party ended @ 8:00.... Bummer....
Holy crap. That case looks awesome, and probably performs even better! Great mod man. Keep it up, because it dosent look completely finished (i might be wrong here)
Nice to see it finished Scoops. Great Job and excellent finish. Hope to see some more pimp images soon.
Nice job. Just to let you know, www.parker.com sells extrusion too. Along with assembling it,etc. if you want. And yes, they do ship internationally, as they are placed throughout the world. Anyways, once again, nice work.
Thanks for the tip [t0rc] Well CPL is over and I had the chance to meet some of the coolest people in the community. It was a blast The CPL posted some nice shots of my case here (kinda dark though): http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-18-2003/9-10 PM/pages/DSC_1044.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-18-2003/9-10 PM/pages/DSC_1045.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-18-2003/9-10 PM/pages/DSC_1046.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-18-2003/9-10 PM/pages/DSC_1051.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-18-2003/9-10 PM/pages/DSC_1053.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-18-2003/9-10 PM/pages/DSC_1054.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-18-2003/9-10 PM/pages/DSC_1055.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-19-2003/10-11 PM/pages/DSC_1601.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-19-2003/10-11 PM/pages/DSC_1602.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-19-2003/10-11 PM/pages/DSC_1603.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-19-2003/10-11 PM/pages/DSC_1610.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-19-2003/10-11 PM/pages/DSC_1611.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-19-2003/10-11 PM/pages/DSC_1612.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2218.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2219.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2220.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2221.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2222.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2223.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2225.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2226.htm http://thecpl.jzdigital.com/2003/Winter CPL/12-20-2003/1-2 PM/pages/DSC_2227.htm Some of my shots: Thats PRIME in the hotel right before surgery. And thats me ramming my fist into the side of the case. I thought my case was big.. I'll get a few more shots of the case when it comes in. Just waiting for it to come back to me (shipping scares me). And at last this project is complete I would like to thank phire, pug, dutchcedar, cjbaltar, nexxo, bsodmike, crimsonsky, my buddy Tony and my G/F for putting up with my crap Its been incredibly fun and a huge learning experience. I sure look forward to using it See you at the next mod!! EDIT - the CPL is having problems with the site, the links should work soon..
Wish I'd read that before I had 22 windows of nothing open, Looks great, btw. I really like how this case turned out. Quick question: On the front, is that just agap in there, and is the side open or plexi-covered?
congrats on the great case scopedog. How do u transport a watercooled rig? do u remove the water in your system? thanks
I don't think he would have to remove the water for transportation because when I talked to Mashie he said that he shipped the Y2K Bug all the way from England with the water still in the system and it didn't spill a drop. So I think it would be safe to asume he doesn't have to remove the water for transportation perposes.
Nope, it didn't. It just got thoroughly thrashed ("Oh my God, they killed Y2K! You *******s!!!" ). But despite that, it didn't leak.
Oh theres a "window" there. Just a piece of acrylic I cut and fit there. Gives a nice view of the motherboard, cpus, etc.. A testament to push fittings. I shipped this 85lbs beast from Dallas to NY with water inside....without a single leak. Plugged it in and turned on...no problems at all. Believe me I was scared ****less but now I feel confident to do it again Some shots that CrimsonSky sent me...whatta guy whatta guy From the pics Regenerator looks a bit small, but in real life its quite big: I'll try and get a few more shots after the holidays. See you at the next mod
Both of those are incredible! I really can't imagine the time that went into making 'Regenerator'. I also like the idea of the front window...it gives another perspective of what's inside other than the standard view. Good thing about that shipping, as well...water spill would have been bad.
Yeah, tasty stuff all around...! For more info on The Regenerator, visit The Best Case Scenario Modding Site.
