Mines painted Silver on the inside with a finger print retardent paint so it down show those little marks , always nice to see a painted Chassy morgan.
The design would be painted in white, and black around it, basically like you have the picture there, I'm going to cut the window on the other side. I hate using the pen tool though lol, vary hard for me to control, guess it just takes practice.
Uh, quick question, I was cutting my cables for some cable manigment, ie: the hard drive and cdrom drive cables, don't know the real name, anyhow, when I was cutting them every once and a wile I would shave off the smallist amount of atual wire, the copper, how badly is this going to screw me or should I even use it at all, I have 2 cables for each, so I can go back but will this creat a real problem?
beter safe than sorry bin them now ,just one short could kill a HDD or worse a MB ide controler . buy rounded cables or be realy carefull with this mod ps:did this to that cat , dose he look happy ?
lol I turned off my computer and took out the cables as soon as you I read your post, I planded on getting some prerounded cables, but at this time im out of a job so..was just gona wait, guess I'll still wait. I think I'm going to stick to a standard stelthing of my drives right now..hope I have some dubble stick stuff.
Quick or not, it's way off topic. Please start a new one about that and leave this one for inside the case painting discussion. Your quick question has already generated 4 messages in the wrong thread. Thanks, Grump
hmm..... when painting your chassis because it's not bare steel, is applying a primer still necessary ?
*bump* could somebody please answer my question if they know. i have spray can in hand and i'm itching to be let loose.
Yes, you should always primer before painting. You don't have to bump a post that is only 2 hours old. The forum software and the users cookies will show new posts every time a member logs into the forum. Sand, primer, paint. Grump
thanks. i know it's a good idea but i thought since it's not bare steel that it might not be %100 necessary. and theres no way i'll be sanding the damn thing (to many nooks and crannies) would take me years. oh well i've already started painting it.... i should dig my case log out of the depths of the forums and put some new pics in thanks for the forum info as well
Ah, sorry about that, I'll start a new thread for my project I suppose, as I have already started on the modding process and have run into some cash finally.
