Modding painted livedrive...pics

    after much though i finally took the plunge today and painted my audigy livedrive......after seeing the results, im glad i did it..

    Do you use your live drive much? I bought the cheapskate audigy, and therefore didn't get one. Is it worth getting one?

    Do your friends (in the AV) have names? ;) I'm guessing something like Bambi & Thumper, Mr Bond... :D

    GreatOldOne: i use it a good bit....i have a sony minidisk walkman, so i used the optical a good bit......the headphone jack is nice, the remote is good if a little limited in features, but with the right plugin works good with winamp.....plus, it looks cool...

    names...i dident get there names..i just refere to them as the dremel girls..ill go ask them there names now....;)

    I like this paint job, its so close to the actual colour of the front panel that it just looks like alu! :D

    i just tried a few brands and lucked out when one of them was real close....Krylon bright silver metalic..


    krylon "No Runs, No Drips, No Errors" Spray paint.

    gota beleave them....the results speak for themselves

    Looks very nice IMHO. What lcd is that - looks rather nice bl00 :D Now you can't read the inputs/outputs tho...but u remember them?
