how can you get the blue flame in this link appear to be luminescence/transparent/uneven kind of look http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=677395 is it because its painting on another paint or special paint??
the cheap way would be a case vinyl, the expensive or harder route would be to air brush it, which it probably is. I know nothing about painting, but from that i can tell its airbrushed, and thus thats why its soo expensive since it can not be reproduced easily by a machine. With a airbrush you can lower and raise air pressure, thus putting more paint on certain areas and making them more visible, the lower the pressure im guessing, the less paint, thus the more transparent look you get. Don't quote me on any of this, but that's what i think. Unless your willing to fork your case over and some $$$ to have it custom painted or to buy a pre-painted one, or if you can do that yourself, your best bet will be a case vinyl, and i have no idea where you would go about looking for one of those. Hope this helps.
darn i was hoping there is a way i can do this my self. guess not. any painter has any tips or guide?
this might help if you do choose to do vinyls instead of paint http://www.mnpctech.com/Blue_MetalFlake_Vinyl_Film.html
