It was the Regional and Language options setup in XP. Under the languages tabs 'Text services and input languages' then the details button.

I had both the US & UK keyboard in the setup but the default was US. Changed it to UK rebooted & deleted the US option. Must have messed up when I installed XP.

Yeah, that's always the default for English variants. Driven me mad for donkeys years. Microsoft need to have a good, long look at Ubuntu's installation utility.

I actually go in and setup the keymaps by habit on a Windows install now, including installing the extra characters for Eastern languages. It's just annoying to have web pages full of damn squares...

I can just picture the iPhone app. Design your own pizza on-screen, order. :thumb:

i dont know what you all get over there, but papa johns is about the 2nd rung from the bottom on pizza hierarchy around here. followed only by Domino's and the super cheap locals that you cant tell the crust from the box they put it in.

    i just love nexxo's idea.

i haven't found a single good pizza place in the area, so we either make them or buy frozen from the supermarket.

tis a shame, its meant to be thin and crispy dam it! not a slice of white bread and cheddar throw on by the kilo!

    AMEN!

don't get me wrong, i do like an occasional Chicago-style pie with it's deep dish-y-ness and buttery crust full of chunky sauce and stuff ... but that's not pizza.

I live about 20 min south of Dayton, OH - known for it's unique pizza ... very thin, very crisp crust, fairly spicy sauce ... not all chewy like NY style ... not bread-y at all. very similar to a lavash ... crisp & delicate. slightly burnt on the edges. kosher salt and cornmeal on the bottom (so it doesnt stick in the ovens)

AND CUT IN BITE SIZE SQUARES!!! (i hate wegde-y pizza)

wiki for Marion's piazza or cassano's pizza to see what i mean.

I've never heard a Mobile Pizza Ordering Platform in our place. As our technology is becoming more advance, people/businesses take advantage of this innovation. They find things on how to make this very useful to them.

We just had a one open round the corner from the house, Its about double the distance that Domino's is. I was usually a weekly customer to Domino's. It got to the point that the guy would see me comming in and would already be making it. These days I usually make my own, far superior and at a fraction of the cost. Even if you make your own bases.

Since I went to Rome on a student exchange programme (way back in 1990), local Pizza's just haven't been the same for me... Luckily my wife used to be a chef. She makes her own, base, sauce (from fresh tomatoes) and everything. :D

On days we can't be arsed we go to a little local Italian restaurant, the owner of which we have been fostering a long-term friendship with. ;)

A nice idea.....like on ps3....but it just makes the words lazy/nervousofpeople and pizza more synonymous
