Windows partitions

    i have xp pro, and im just wondering, what format should i choose, NSTF or FAT32? which is better for what?

    And something in that guide is wrong definately... the max file size. That or winzip hates me (don't zip all of your recorded TV to come back two hours later and find out it won't go over 4gb)

    I recall compressing BD (backup) files of about 1.2 GB, but nothing bigger.
    Zipping something that large is like asking for file corruption.

    Did you try native Windows Compression or NTFS Compression?
    Another option would be to zip files individually using some type of automation (?) (batch, etc.)
