I've done a quite few odd bits that were less than a month of work but these are the jobs that have lasted for at least 3+ months:

    Farmer
    Office Assistant (current job)
IT Support & Tutor (current side-job)
    Insurance Broker
    Software Programmer
Voice Actor (just doing a few bits on my local radio station, such as playing characters in radio soaps)
Classical/Jazz Pianist (this one has been the highlight of my life so far, did it for 5 months at the age of 19).
    Pastry Chef / Kitchen Porter
    Youth Worker
    Community Events Organiser
    Telesales Representative
    Warehouse Operative
    Stock Replenisher
Ferry Driver (such a dull job, never again!)
Board Committee Secretary for a gaming club (current... not exactly a job, just something I do in my free time)

Fairground Entertainer (I walked about on stilts, did a bit of fire-breathing and made a failed attempt at the high-wire) - this one was really only for 2 weeks but I figured it's worth mentioning as it's a bit different.

Anything in italics is unpaid/volunteer work.
I'm quite surprised at how much I've done, I never thought about it until now but there's been quite a bit of variety in my life so far. I'm still quite young as well, so lots of time to do experience much more.
