If you can only spot the mod on a macro, it's impressing me even more.
The attention to detail is amazing on this one.

    That's amazing!

How did you do that effect with the hexagons? I'm looking for something similar for my Knight Rider build... Sans the Wayne Industries logo, of course. You've given me the perfect idea...

    bad news

just tried the extenders with molex. still doesnt fix BSOD when in CrossFire mode and lag when used as single card attached at slot 2, 3 & 4. But when attached to PCI-e Slot 1 the extender and card is fine.

i'm hopeless... timings is the problem I guess. I don't know what to do. I have to make it possible. I have to. I gave up everything just to make this happen. And be the first to do it. GPU makers and Motherboard doesnt even thought of facing the GPU in a reversed manner... why? because of air flow? why???? you make so many good looking gpu shrouds and fans and HeatSinks,, then you attach it the other way around. doesnt serve the design. how can it be beautiful when you can't even see it. so frustrating. If only I was tony stark or bruce wayne...

Know anyone with an Ocilliscope? Timing and wave forms may indeed be your problem. Be interesting to see 'normal' timing on O scope as compared to reversed.

I've got two scopes, but I think I'm in the wrong part of the world to help.

I've seen issues with signal timing with too long of extensions and/or high end cards. Faster the card gets, the bigger the issues are.

I had the same issues with my synthesizer thesis in college in 1981. Cascading sound stages created out of sync problems. Video is just audio at higher bit rates. Multiple LFOs and VCOs would not sync.

I may not know exactly what you guys are trying to say. but What from what I can understand from you is that: "it's not gonna work" right?

Long story short; It might work, but only if you can sit down and carefully design the links from PCIe socket to GPU, ensuring that all cables are damn near exactly the same length. I'm talking a margin of error the size of a millimetre, at most.
