You would not believe it. I paid for a Rapidshare account, 5 minutes later it's now "Locked due to Fraud" and Paypal has disputed the payment. So I rang em up and authorized payment, they accepted, now it says the Payment is reversed? What the fook! This means they are sending me back the money?
What makes me annoyed (and it's my first time with PayPal) is the fact that they don't listen at all, I spent at least 40 minutes on the phone 3 times trying to authorize this payment and in the end they reversed the payment because they are Indian and can't understand a word of English, but what makes me even more annoyed is the fact they don't give a crap about the seller. I used the Rapidshare account for 30 minutes, then they decide somehow my payment was fraud, then they decide to give me a full refund of the money, I just don't understand it. So if it was an eBay seller, I would of got the item and I would of been refunded the money. No wonder eBay sellers have so many problems.
You're righ. I'm an ebay seller! Although the woman on the call did understand me in the end as I kept repeating myself, but she did what I asked wish was a pleasent shock. I'm actually suprised I even got through to them so fast! I made a complaint to ebay today though.
It can take quite a while. Remember weekends aren't working days, NO money moves on a weekend unless you have a strange kind of transfer which are usually reserved for vast amounts. Expect 5-7 working days minimum, knowing paypal a refund might take 28 days with all the fake paperwork they have to fill out for their fake money.
all dealings i've had with paypal over the phone have been directed to a call centre in Ireland. Lovely guys really. Although i'm a premium business account? (clearly not a business)
