    8mb Cache BX80562Q6600SLACR

    GeIL 4gb PC6400 800mhz CL5 £51.82

    Hitachi HD Serial 320GB UDMA 300 7200RPM 16MB OEM £32.91

    Asus DRW-2014L1T DVD±RW £16.60
    20x S-ATA 2Bezels Black/Silver Lightscribe

    Thermaltake Purepower RX W0144RB 600W - Modular £54.37

    AC Ryan Blackfire4 UVLED Fan - 92mm / UVBlue (BF8850) X4 £12.74

Looks like they should fit in the case, not sure I approve of the style though. :p

That power supply isn't particularly good, I would change it to a Corsair HX520:

520W is more than enough and what you really should be paying for in a PSU is quality rather than XXXW. The Corsair unit delivers quality in spades.
Otherwise, that all looks pretty tip-top to me. :)

Agreed. Some of the Thermaltake ToughPower models are very good, but not the one you have listed.

For motherboard, take a look at Scan's listing for motherboards having the P35 chipset and specifically Abit, Asus and Gigabyte brands. Look for one from that list with the features you need in your price range. One of those should serve you pretty well. The watercooling won't be cheap overall. A basic kit for cooling the cpu from Swiftech or Danger Den would be a nice starter if you don't wish to pick out specific components.

    Very much so agreed.

Agreed too. Tho I've sent sooo many A-Bit and Asus boards back in the past 24 months (perhaps just my bad luck), I may say go Gigabyte or MSI.

Dump the Hitachi HDD in favour of a Western Digital or Seagate.

Also, just to throw it in the mix, have you considered a faster Dual Core CPU? Cores or Power.... The faster Dual cores still beat the quads in a fair few situations. I guess it depends on what you do with it! http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2008/04/07/intel_core_2_duo_e8500_e8400_and_e8200/1

Sorry Can't help with the watercooling, but I hear DangerDen blocks are good (Tho I've never looked into it).

I agree with 'oasked' on the PSU front and also question your style choice with regard the case, but that's personal preference.

As for water cooling - if you're UK based pop out to the shops and buy this months copy of CustomPC the main article this month is water cooling and it's very much in depth!
