So as suggested been running with only the below hooked up and have not had any issues. M.2 Installed to board M.2 Installed via PCIe 1 1070 all ram This means the nvidia audio driver didn't cause it, nor is the ram, or the single gpu, or the m.2, or cpu. going to keep adding a thing at a time.
Update: I have narrowed it down to 3 possibilities PSU power consumption too much Video Drivers (Sli issue?) or maybe need high bandwidth bridge 2nd Video Card I installed the other card and will test it out solo and see where that goes...
Issue is not resolved Bought a new power supply (1200 platinum) and still running into the same error... I'm starting to think SLI is garbage. I'm frustrated and out of ideas. Anyone?
I think you're on the money - the problem only presents after you connect the second video card. Looks like it might be time to abandon SLI if you are certain both cards are in perfect working order?
After reading on some random forums some folks said uninstalling motherboard software may help, so I did that, guess i'll see what happens.
I keep getting the feeling that you're fighting a losing battle dude. It's possible that the motherboard is at fault and can't run SLI, but to diagnose that you'd have to get another board which is a bit extreme.
100% faulty motherboard. Got a new one (same one) and it worked like a charm. Thanks everyone for the help!
I was about to tell you to reinstall the Nvidia Driver. But, it is nice to know that you've resolved the issue mate.
