If other power supplies worked, then it's not your motherboard. Like I told you in the original thread, Thermaltake make pretty naff power supplies compared to, say, Corsair. Return the Thermaltake unit and get something else. I'm not sure if Dell still do this or not, but at least they used to use a different standoff configuration, so that you couldn't install a different motherboard, unless it was Dell / Foxconn branded. So if you wanted to get a new motherboard, you're likely also looking at a new case.
Arrrghhhhhhh. Dell are such a pain in the arse. I don't even see why they should care what I do after I buy the computer. EDIT: But the Thermaltake worked in my brothers PC perfectly. I don't understand why it isn't working in mine And I read Scan TOS and it said "You are responsible for ensuring compatibility" I don't think I'll get a refund.
