When I try to restart my computer, it cycles down, but never boots back up. Even when I press the reset button instead of using windows, it will turn off, and just not come on again. It turns off and on fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

bad PSU, borked ACPI, any number of things ... maybe set you IDE delay on boot (if disabled) to 3 seconds to let the drives spin down a little?
    maybe check for bios updates?

The bios is updated, psu is fine. The strange thing is, it was working fine and now it's not. I can't for the life of me figure out what went wrong.
