Hi, Simple question - Can I use a spare PCIe x16 SLI or Crossfire port as a standard, stand-alone PCIe x1/x2 or x4 port? I know that a standard PCIe x4 port can be used as either an x1 or x2, but can the same be done with an x16 SLI or Crossfire port usually meant for use by a second GPU? Ta.
