I currently have a duron 1ghz unlocked running at 1.2. I want to try getting a 1.3 duron and see how far I can push it, but the dip switch for manually setting the clock ratio on the motherboard only goes up to 12.5x. The motherboard website reckons it will take a 1.3ghz duron, so it must support a 13x multiplier.

I know it's possible to set the multiplier on the processor itself, but the only table i've found showing the bridges that need connecting/breaking only goes up to 12.5x.
    Table on this page: http://www6.tomshardware.com/howto/20011112/athlonxp2000oc-08.html

Anyone know what needs doing for 13x and higher?

    Thanks! Flax!

i should think all you need to do is update your MOBOs bios.
