make yourself up a jig, then heat the plexi with a blowtorch, bend around the jig and leave it to cool.... simple really
if your going to be bending the whole section then put the plexi in the oven and then put it aroung the jig that way you have it all melted in a uniform fashion and your less likely to cause internal stress due to hot spots
Yep heat the plastic up until it becomes 'rubbery' and clamp it in a custom jig. Let it cool, there may be a little spring in it and some srinkage, but it will be fine.
