Modding perspex windows

    how in the hell do you drill through perspex [dont say a dremil]i need bigger holes,without it smashing,and does anyone know where to buy smoked perspex sheets from???????

    Try CCM

    and ive never "smashed" a perspex window while drilling with a hole saw

    i need smoked perspex to cover the side of my pc,and im drilling 8mm and 12 mm holes,and ive destroyed 2 window kits already this afternoon:(

    I've just done two blowholes in a top mount smoke kit from Tekheads...

    Go v v slow, get a variable speed drill, dont go too fast, and use some sort of solid workbench if pos
    or lay it on some polistyrene (correct Spelling)

    It'll give it support and drill/holesaw will go into it easy..

    try not to bend the perspex, it'll crack in half.., so get a level surface at least...
