    Thank you guys!
    Yes, I've learnt that is expensive to chrome metal, more expensive to chrome aluminium because they use different process - then even more expensive to chrome plastic.. One of the companies wanted £50 + Vat and package to chrome small 12x6x3cm plastic box, that I wanted to use as junction box. Can you imagine that??!! 50??!!
    That is why I have to use that vinyl tape, which I have to say looks nice... I like my cage - looks nasty:eeek::hehe:
    I hope I will find someone cheaper to chrome PSU and DVD cover - I'm planning to make it from steel sheet - just to cover dvd and rear connector. And do the same for PSU cause I wont chrome PSU itself - I would loose warranty - still trying to figer out HOW to sleeve cables without loosing warranty... (?)

    I was lurking as Orac was built and watched the chromed plastic in that. Out of my league too. In the US the radio control airplane people have that chrome vinyl tape stuff in rolls like 3 feet wide to apply to the outside of big airplane wings. That's where I got a small sheet like you have. Could the chrome vinyl be used for the DVD and other parts? I thinking ahead to my Lian-Li case.
    Can't help with the warranty on the PSU. Never owned anything with a warranty that I didn't void anyway :rock:

    Here's an example for you of what jhanlon 303 is talking about, on offer from a UK company:

    http://www.moormodels.co.uk/acatalog/PROLITE.html

    I'm sure there are others that carry the brands, possibly at better prices. Monokote is one of the big brands of that material here in the US.

    I just came on small problem, that I'll have to resolve quickly..
    I have installed feet and now when was trying to fit in radiator feet cannot get in cause of those case feet. I need to cut some off that rad feet...
    Some pics from today...

    Here you can see I used small 20x20mm foam square bits to take vibs from mobo tray - just perfect fit between stand cubic columns and mobo tray...

    So radiator fits great - height wise... (still have to cut off some parts of its feet to push it to the left side..)

    Oh, I see the problem you're having. Damn, I hate that! Don't you? Small details like that that rear their ugly heads later on down the line. Could you use flathead countersunk screws instead of the normal philips...what looks like, panheads, I think? It'll give you a flatter surface.

    Oh man, that is really looking nice!

    As far as the feet go, can you find some bolts with just a flat head? You could just tighten the nut from the bottom then...

    Looks great so far. I have been drawing up designs for my own cube mod later down the track.

    Countersunk screws or cutting a notch in the feet would be best. Its looking great, and I can't wait to see more

    What EEL said.:D Countersink makes everything easier. It's not like you need the big washer on there either. The wide surface of the top of the feet against the plastic will counteract any torque that may be applied.

    I know.. but the problem is - I cannot screw rad feet to the bottom panel - cause there are case feet below... no place for screw head or nut...:(
    I think I need different stand for rad..

    I drilled holes in rad feet so screw from case feet are inside but still rad is not mounted to anything. It is so tight there that it cannot move, but even if I'm gonna leave it like this I will know that its just standing there without any hold.... Wanted to use feet screw to screw rad feet together but when I do that radiator goes higher than case columns...

    I wasn't really happy with those radiator feet.. I had to make new ones.
    So cut off 2 small pecies of red plexi and made a cut inside to spread two flat parts for screws - one for radiator - other for case...

    Pretty rough... Now one "leg" is going up, other stays in place:) The wider one goes up!

    After hardcore session with iron...

    [IMG]

    Now added some curves... ME LIKES CURVES.....

    Edges are rough, need some sanding paper treatment now... I will show that later.. now have to clean my ride.. its very sunny today and it needs clean.. it is very dirty ride:)))

    Thanks E.E.L. It doesn t look nice, but I will shape those with sand and dremel todaay so all edges will look straight and nice.. Next thing will be to drill hug holes in back areas for head of those case feet screws so won't have to change anything it that area, then make holes in main bottom panel for those rad feet and last - drill holes for radiator screws. Should be done today. All my work on that cube is going soooo sloooow...:waah:

    Kill??!! Wow.. in country I came from we say - to catch two birds in one time:) but I like the killing version too:naughty:

    Question: Is there any difference betwenn these loops? I'm wondering where I'm gonna place 120.1 radiator..

    pump/cpu block -> 1x120rad -> GPU -> 2x120rad -> pump/cpu block
    or just one after another:
    pump/cpu block -> GPU -> 2x120rad -> 1x120rad -> pump/cpu block

    ???
